For the foreseeable future, the Arizona Coyotes will reduce their roster size. The Coyotes and Sun Devils will share Arizona State’s new on-campus arena after they played in Gila River Arena from 2003 to 2022, and fans recently got a sneak peek at what it will look like.
The Coyotes will play there at least through the 2024–25 season, with a capacity of just over 5,000. Arizona will experience its next several seasons in a drastically smaller venue after formerly playing in a barn with 18,300 seats.
The Coyotes have published a virtual seat plan for their new home arena, and season tickets are now available for purchase. In the digitized pictures, you can see Coyotes branding at the ice’s center, on the boards, and on the jumbotron. The new building is significantly smaller than Gila River Arena, as can be seen by simply looking at the renderings.
The rates for other 2022–2023 season ticket packages have also been disclosed by the Coyotes. The highest priced seat in the stadium costs $510 each game, according to the team’s website. The cheapest seat in the house is offered at $110 per game, which is on the other end of the range.
The Coyotes aren’t just having problems on the ice; they also just had a terrible season in 2021–22, finishing last in the Central Division with just 57 points.
